Overview

Urbint has an open position for a proven software sales professional to join the enterprise sales team, targeting the Investor-Owned Utilities Sector and focusing on driving expansion in the North American market.

In Short

  • Exceed sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling Urbint solutions into enterprise accounts.
  • Develop the North American Central territory with an owner/operator mindset.
  • Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics.
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement.
  • Engage with prospect organizations to position Urbint solutions.
  • Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective.
  • Provide accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.
  • Work with management and cross functional teams to develop strategic account plans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of selling enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Successful history of net new business sales.
  • BA/BS or equivalent.
  • Excellent management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Empathetic and positive with a strong desire to help customers.
  • A passion for technology and for being part of a fast-growing SaaS company.
  • Deep experience in the Energy industry is strongly preferred.
