Overview

The Assistant Facilities Manager assists the Facility Manager in the delivery of services to operate and maintain the property, including customer/client services, financial management, facility maintenance, procurement, and supplier management.

In Short

  • Maintain client satisfaction with Facility Management services.
  • Support compliance with audit and operational standards.
  • Meet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
  • Enforce company policies regarding safe operations.
  • Implement and monitor hazard control and safety practices.
  • Support work order management for staff and vendors.
  • Assist with facility soft services as needed.
  • Develop client relationships to support corporate real estate goals.
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration within the account team.
  • Basic knowledge of building systems is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of two years of industry experience.
  • Excellent customer and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and organize responsibilities.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
