Overview

The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead a high-performing team in Seattle, WA, supporting Lab Test operations.

In Short

• Lead a team of Mechanics and Electricians.
• Manage multiple manufacturing disciplines.
• Develop and execute business plans and procedures.
• Provide technical management of suppliers.
• Ensure a Zero injury and First Time Quality culture.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing required.
• Experience with collective bargaining agreements.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Relocation assistance is not negotiable.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
• Experience managing Key Performance Indicators.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field preferred.
• Machining background is a plus.
