Overview

As a Growth Marketing Manager at Jeff, you will lead projects and orchestrate experiments to drive growth in our financial product comparison marketplace, focusing on underserved markets.

In Short

• Drive the growth of our marketplace's B2C side via swift and iterative experimentation
• Own and lead the experimentation process A-Z
• Interact with stakeholders to identify necessary resources for growth experiments
• Run the experimentation process with urgency and data-driven decision-making
• Generate new growth opportunities and engage team members
• Coordinate relationships with key marketing partners like Google and Meta
• Test new marketing channels
• Drive progress in areas like CRO and lifecycle marketing
• Work in a robust growth & marketing team handling significant budgets
• Report directly to the founder and CEO

Requirements

• Proven track record of experimentation-driven growth experience
• Strong self-starter trait
• Intrinsic sense of urgency
• Fluency with data and data-driven decision-making
• Intermediate understanding of key ad platforms
• Experience with native mobile apps is a plus
• Experience in APAC or LATAM markets is a plus
• Experience with conversion rate optimization and lifecycle marketing
• Exceptional level of ownership expected
