Overview

The Senior Manager, Field Analytics and Operations (FAO), Market Access will develop and maintain analytical and reporting tools for Market Access customer-facing field teams, providing support for patients and healthcare providers.

• Experience in market access for specialty pharmacy products.
• Knowledge of field reimbursement and nursing functions.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Requirements

• Experience in market access and specialty pharmacy.
• Understanding of patient support programs and HUB services.
• Proficiency with CRM and data visualization tools like Veeva and PowerBI.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Background in biotech, biopharma, or pharmaceutical industries.
• 5 years of analytics experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
