Overview

We’re looking for a Senior People Operations & Analytics Manager to lead and drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making across our People function.

In Short

• Become the expert on token pool planning, compliance, and allocations.
• Develop and maintain people analytics dashboards, tracking key metrics.
• Work with Finance to deliver payroll, benefits, and cost analysis.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity within HR systems.
• Drive policy development on various topics.
• Lead the evaluation of external HR service providers.
• Collaborate with leadership and various departments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in People Operations & Analytics.
• Strong understanding of compensation and compliance.
• Proficient in HR systems and data analytics tools.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Ability to identify operational gaps and implement solutions.
• Proven financial and operational acumen.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
