In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and disseminating product data across various platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency. Your work will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing efforts and enhancing the customer experience by providing clear and comprehensive product details.

In Short

• Acquire and maintain product data within the Inriver PIM platform.
• Perform data loads and mass data updates.
• Work with local markets to ensure that global product offerings are completed within the required timeframe and to a high standard.
• Serve as a consultant, functional advisor and problem solver with other stakeholders to optimize their use of the product suite as the PIM advocate.
• Guide and support new users through onboarding, offering training and education across all functional areas.
• Conduct routine health assessments of product information status and system logs.
• Stay updated on current and road-mapped PIM features and functionality.
• Ensure accurate configuration of digital assets to uphold system search criteria.
• Conduct technical troubleshooting across systems pertinent to the role.
• Build internal protocols for marketing content updates with the Product Manager.
