• Interview new clients
• Set up appointments with new clients
• Collect information and documentation for cases
• Strict compliance with appointment schedules
• Use of Firm's software (training provided)
• Scan and save documentation into the Firm's system
• Generate weekly/monthly reports

Requirements

• Very well organized
• Good follow-up and follow through
• Strong communication skills
• 1 year of stable work experience
• Outgoing personality
• Able to multitask
• Eager to learn and grow
• Works well under pressure
• Schedules medical treatment for clients
• Assists clients with vehicle repairs
• Frequent follow-ups with clients
