Logistics Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Logistics Coordinator will support logistics systems, freight coordination, and customs processes, ensuring operational excellence across inbound and outbound shipments.

• Serve as the subject matter expert for logistics systems and tools.
• Provide functional support and troubleshooting assistance to users.
• Coordinate training sessions for new hires and system enhancements.
• Support daily inbound and outbound shipment execution.
• Evaluate and monitor logistics processes for improvement opportunities.
• Review commercial invoices for customs clearance compliance.
• Approve inbound and outbound freight invoices for accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process enhancements.
• Document business processes and standard work instructions.
• Assist in testing new functionality prior to rollout.

Requirements

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of logistics or supply chain experience.
• Certification from a professional logistics or supply chain organization preferred.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation processes.
• Hands-on experience with logistics systems and ERP tools.
• Ability to train others and document procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail in billing and compliance activities.
• Knowledge of customs clearance processes is a plus.
