Enpal is looking for a committed Logistics Coordinator to optimally support our construction projects with organizational talent and team spirit. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for smooth processes and the timely availability of materials. 🌞

In Short

• You are the central interface between the construction team and service providers, ensuring all parties are on the same page.
• You coordinate our deliveries and keep track of transport status and material flows.
• You ensure delivery deadlines are met, allowing our construction projects to be executed on schedule.
• You organize the ordering of materials from our service providers, ensuring the construction team has everything on time and in the right quantity.
• You quickly and pragmatically identify and solve logistics problems, such as delayed or incorrect deliveries.
• You identify improvement potential in our processes and actively contribute your ideas for optimization.

Requirements

• You have completed training or studies in logistics or a related field – this is a plus but not a must.
• You bring at least 2-3 years of professional experience in logistics.
• You are a team player, work independently, and maintain an overview even in stressful situations.
• You speak fluent German and can communicate well in English.
• You communicate clearly, reliably, and solution-oriented with both internal teams and external service providers.
