Overview

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales or business development in aerospace and defense.
  • Proven track record in complex sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of the defense and aerospace market.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience with pricing models.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with consultative selling methodologies.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams.
  • Active security clearance preferred.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
