Overview

The Technology Support Analyst will provide bilingual support to employees, ensuring effective IT assistance in a flexible work environment.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a direct end-user support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 11.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM systems.
  • ITILv4 certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of job stability in a corporate support environment.
  • Professional fluency in English and Canadian French.
