Overview

The CRM Partner Manager oversees and manages our certified CRM partners across multiple OEM client dealer solutions, ensuring program delivery is on time and within budget while exceeding client expectations.

In Short

  • Manage CRM Road Map with certified partners.
  • Work directly with OEM personnel to deliver operational elements.
  • Assess client needs for optimal solutions.
  • Develop and deliver presentations on program status.
  • Manage relationships with partners supporting CRM requirements.
  • Audit CRMs for compliance bi-annually.
  • Support departmental goals and operational activities.
  • Facilitate team meetings and vendor partner discussions.
  • Participate in organizational goal setting for CRM initiatives.
  • Influence OEM customer journey strategies.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in CRM or OEM managing CRM activity.
  • Understanding of automotive digital marketing and CRM.
  • Engaging personality with diverse communication skills.
  • Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Ability to lead meetings and articulate discussions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior analytical and organizational skills.
  • Team player with OEM and Dealer orientation.
  • Ability to identify risks and resolve conflicts.
  • Accountability over processes ensuring success.
