Overview

As a Back End Engineer in the Credit Cards team, you’ll design and deliver the systems that power iwoca’s new credit card product, creating a platform that is reliable, scalable, and easy to evolve.

• Design and deliver systems for a new credit card product.

Requirements

• Experience designing and operating scalable back end systems.
• Proficiency in Python, with clean and efficient coding practices.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and relational data models.
• Experience in API development and integration.
• Project management skills from problem understanding to solution delivery.
• Bonus: Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Bonus: Familiarity with financial systems and real-time transaction processing.
• Bonus: Experience with Django.
