Overview

We’re looking for a Staff Back-End Engineer to combine deep technical knowledge with business context to help us launch a credit card and scale our financial systems.

Requirements

• Experience designing and building scalable back-end systems for payments.
• Proficiency in Python, writing clean and efficient code.
• Experience with PostgreSQL for data modeling.
• Experience leading projects from design to production.
• Mentoring experience is a plus.
• Clear communication skills focusing on outcomes.
• Numerical or technical background preferred.
• Bonus experience with Django and Rust.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code.
