Overview

We are seeking individuals who can provide exceptional technical support to our customers and partners. Strong technical expertise and excellent customer interaction skills are essential for this role.

In Short

  • Provide technical support to customers and partners.
  • Communicate with customers and manage critical issues.
  • Receive cases electronically and answer inbound calls.
  • Act as customer advocate when reporting issues to engineering.
  • Experience with mobile or web application development is a plus.
  • This is a remote, full-time position.

Requirements

  • Experience troubleshooting DNS, IP Networking, Firewall, SMTP, HTTPS, Load Balancers.
  • Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) for iOS & Android.
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate or equivalent.
  • Experience administering LDAP servers.
  • Database experience with mySQL queries.
  • Understanding of client-server architecture and Cloud Environments.
  • Experience with Core Java, JSP, Servlets, and JDBC.
  • In-depth knowledge of OOPS concepts and Multithreading.
  • Knowledge of Public Key Encryption Infrastructure.
