Overview

As an IT Support Technician at ITW, you will provide high-quality frontline IT support with a focus on customer service, ensuring users receive timely assistance and a positive service experience.

In Short

  • Provide friendly, responsive Level 1 support to resolve incidents and service requests.
  • Troubleshoot issues for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and meeting-room technology.
  • Communicate clearly with users of all technical levels.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding activities including device preparation.
  • Maintain accurate ticket documentation and contribute to knowledge-base updates.
  • Support process improvements for service consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT colleagues, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Certifications in Microsoft or ITIL are advantageous.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot common hardware and software issues.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
  • Certifications in Microsoft or ITIL are an advantage but not required.
