iTech AG is hiring for a UI/UX Designer with ServiceNow expertise, who plays a critical role in shaping user experiences within the ServiceNow platform by creating intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces that align with both user needs and business goals. This role sits at the intersection of design, development, and platform configuration, requiring a deep understanding of ServiceNow's UI architecture, capabilities, and constraints.

In Short

• Design and deliver user-centric interfaces for ServiceNow applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional designs.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Ensure seamless integration of branding and visual design.
• Work closely with developers to guide implementation of UI components.
• Continuously optimize designs based on user feedback.
• Maintain multi-platform style guides and design systems.
• Create and manage Jira design tickets.
• Present design solutions in team and management meetings.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Hands-on experience designing within the ServiceNow platform.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow’s Design System.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
