In Short

• Design, implement, and maintain a highly available and scalable MongoDB database architecture.
• Model efficient data structures and optimize database queries.
• Build and manage the logic layer based on the MongoDB database.
• Develop and provide an internal database-as-a-service offering based on MongoDB, including container solutions.
• Automate the deployment and configuration of standardized database instances.
• Setup and manage cross-region database synchronization solutions.
• Configure and maintain MongoDB replica sets for high availability and fault tolerance.
• Manage multi-database clusters with automatic failover and load balancing.
• Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Monitor database performance and ensure database security.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams.

Requirements

• Experience with MongoDB architecture, data modeling, sharding, replication, and performance tuning.
• Solid knowledge in configuring and managing MongoDB replica sets.
• Experience with automation frameworks like Terraform or Ansible.
• Knowledge in failure scenarios, backup, and restore.
• PostgreSQL knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in automating CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure management.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar container orchestration systems.
