System Administrator and Support (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for immediate support in system administration and 2nd/3rd level support.

• Administration in the MS Cloud environment (including Office 365)
• Support for desktop PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices remotely and onsite
• Independent classification, prioritization, processing, and dispatching of tickets
• Management of physical and virtual Windows servers and their services (AD, DHCP, DNS, GPO, File, Print, Exchange, etc.)
• Installing and monitoring updates for hardware and software components
• Support for projects, e.g., in the area of migrations or the introduction of new technologies in the Microsoft 365 environment

Requirements

• Extensive experience in IT support or as a system administrator, especially in the cloud environment
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server environments, virtualization solutions, Windows services, MS Azure, MS Intune, Azure AD, Defender, Microsoft Teams, MS Exchange
• Experience with Microsoft Office desktop and O365 applications
• Very good general hardware knowledge of laptops, desktop PCs, and peripheral devices
• Successfully completed training in IT or relevant professional experience
• Very good team and communication skills
• German language skills in spoken and written form
