In Short

• Manage network and applications
• Document servers and firewall configurations
• Create reports
• Develop dashboards in Kibana
• Log analysis using Kibana, Grafana/Prometheus, and ArgoCD
• Ensure the flawless operation of ePA systems
• Further develop existing tools
• Build new tests and testing tools with the internal testing department
• Support in rotating on-call duty
• Collaborate with various teams (LINUX, DBS, Networking, Change, Systems Management) and external service providers
• Work on weekends (updates in the production environment, about once a month)
• Further develop the tool landscape
• Approximately 90% of the work can be done remotely

Requirements

• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management)
• Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS…)
• Basic firewall knowledge (Routing)
• Knowledge in OpenShift: error analysis
• Monitor, start, and stop services
• Ability to read and understand logs
• Deployment via Git/GitHub: basic knowledge of package management
• Application testing: basic knowledge in creating, planning, executing, and documenting test scenarios
• Open to on-call duty
• Very good German language skills
