Overview

The Senior District Manager will oversee the regional marketing strategy and ensure effective communication of company strategies, while managing a team and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).

In Short

  • Manage and guide representatives to meet regional targets.
  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies.
  • Establish and control the marketing budget for the region.
  • Ensure clear communication of company strategies through regional meetings.
  • Support central marketing in executing regional activities.
  • Maintain KOL relationships and establish effective communication channels.
  • Collaborate with regional teams for effective execution of marketing activities.
  • Provide feedback on market trends to the regional sales director.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and guide employees on compliance matters.
  • Participate in KOL activities and employee training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, or marketing.
  • Over 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with 2 years in team management.
  • Proficient in office software.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good management abilities.
  • Integrity and honesty, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive and independent mindset.
  • Basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
