Lead Engineer, Professional Services - Remote

Overview

The Lead Engineer, Professional Services is responsible for assisting the Project team and providing knowledge and expertise for a range of project implementations and extended client engagements. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage stress in client-down situations while maintaining excellent customer service.

• Responsible for project implementations and client engagements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Engineer or Project Engineer.
• 5 years of experience as a Network Administrator.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of network design and configuration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with enterprise security products.
• Confident in client-facing situations.
