We are looking for a remote Customer Support Consultant living in Czechia who can provide professional communication and support to our customers in the growing furniture and home textiles sector.

• Provide customer support via phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat.
• Answer inquiries regarding products, orders, delivery processes, and complaints.
• Process customer information, orders, and requests into the system.
• Generate quick and effective solutions to customer issues.
• Coordinate with sales and logistics teams when necessary.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare short reports on frequently received requests (optional).

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in Turkish, German is an advantage.
• Ability to use email, chat programs, and basic tools.
• Ability to work regularly and responsibly from home.
