We are seeking a Patient Intake Specialist to join our remote support team, focusing on onboarding patients into ABA services while managing insurance authorizations and quality assurance.

• Remote position for South African citizens only.
• Work hours: EST, Monday - Friday 09:00AM - 06:00PM.
• Gather essential patient information via phone.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping for onboarding.
• Verify forms for compliance and quality assurance.
• Submit insurance verification requests accurately.
• Manage client data in Central Reach.
• Monitor client interactions and actions.
• Must have a fixed fiber line and reliable power backup.
• Detail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Comfortable in a high-volume work environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage client data effectively.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Must have a minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps.
• Reliable power backup for outages.
• Familiarity with insurance processes is a plus.
• Ability to work EST hours.
• South African citizenship required.
