Join our team as a Billing & Eligibility Specialist supporting US-based ABA therapy services. You will assist with insurance verification, prior authorizations, and billing administration to ensure smooth operations and accurate reimbursement processes.

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
• Requires working on both South African and U.S. public holidays.
• Must have a fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
• Reliable power backup is mandatory.
• Fully remote position.
• Contact insurance companies to verify patient eligibility.
• Confirm and follow up on prior authorizations.
• Accurately update insurance information in the system.
• Provide administrative support to the billing team.
• Maintain accurate records of insurance and billing activities.

Requirements

• Experience in billing and eligibility in US healthcare.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to draft clear and professional communications.

• Ability to identify and report discrepancies.
• Familiarity with ABA therapy services is a plus.
