Healthcare Inbound Customer Service Agent - USA Hours (Remote)

Overview

We are seeking a highly professional Inbound Customer Service Agent to join our global BPO company, partnering with a US-based client in the Healthcare sector.

In Short

• Answer inbound calls and respond to patient enquiries.
• Verify patient insurance and personal information.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments.
• Provide information on services to patients.
• Input and update patient information accurately.
• Maintain records of patient appointments and medical needs.
• Work shifts during USA hours (EST) from Monday to Friday.
• Must have a fixed fibre internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
• Power backup solution required for load shedding.
• This role is remote for South African citizens only.
