Overview

The Hub Onboarding Senior Executive will facilitate the seamless integration and onboarding of new DA Management customers into the OPTIC system, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent customer experience.

In Short

• Assist in onboarding new DA Management customers.
• Customer-facing role requiring understanding of customer workflows.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integration.
• Oversee end-to-end processing during Hypercare period.
• Travel to customer locations as needed.
• Master the OPTIC system and lead training initiatives.
• Ensure comprehensive implementation of new customers.
• Manage customer queries and ensure resolution.
• Promote full utilization of Inchcape systems.
• Train team members for smooth transitions.

Requirements

• Hub Finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with postgraduate in Accounting/Finance desirable.
• Understanding of basic DA accounting principles.
• Strong People Management Skills.
• Problem Solving & Analytical Skills.
• Post-sales experience with a focus on system implementation.
• Familiarity with SOP development and process integration.
• Experience in UAT and system training.
• Leadership ability to motivate and guide the team.
• Strong communication skills.
