Overview

iSoftStone North America is seeking a skilled and result-driven Technical Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM—specifically within Customer Service and Sales Hub modules. As a Technical Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing end-to-end solutions, ensuring the successful implementation, customization, optimization of Dynamics 365 CRM applications for our clients, and system integration with 3rd party systems. You will collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance business processes, increase efficiency, and drive customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Design and implement customizations, configurations, and integrations based on client needs.
• Develop solutions to automate business processes and enhance workflows.
• Provide ongoing technical support for Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
• Work on integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other systems using APIs.
• Lead or assist in data migration efforts, ensuring data accuracy.
• Provide end-user training on Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities.
• Contribute to project planning and status reporting.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Proficiency in customization, configuration, and integration of Dynamics 365.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Expertise in C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Ability to gather requirements and design tailored solutions.
• Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present findings in a professional setting.
• Experience with full lifecycle development.
• Experience training/mentoring on technical skills.
