Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Techno - Functional Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics to join our dynamic team in London. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in requirement gathering, business analysis, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics applications.

• Engage with clients to understand their business processes, objectives, and requirements.
• Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions through interviews, workshops, and documentation reviews.
• Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics solutions that meet client requirements.
• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics applications to align with business processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct thorough testing of implemented solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and quality standards.
• Provide expert advice on best practices for using Microsoft Dynamics to achieve business goals.
• Manage project risks and issues, proactively addressing and resolving challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Techno - Functional Consultant with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics.
• Solid understanding of CRM business processes (sales, customer service, case management, etc.)
• Ability to bridge business requirements with technical implementation.
• Hands-on experience with REST API integration and authentication methods.
• Expertise in Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.
• Strong experience with C# plugins and JavaScript customization.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management skills with experience in leading complex projects.
