Senior Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Remote

In Short

• Lead end-to-end migration projects from Oracle to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with engineering, implementation, and business teams.
• Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design.
• Provide hands-on functional expertise in configuring D365.
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagements.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Oversee data migration, integration, and testing activities.
• Support change management initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Strong background in the grocery or retail sector.
• Expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, and Retail modules within D365.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and end-user training.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
