Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.
• 3+ years of experience in resource scheduling and work order management.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst focusing on Field Services systems.
• Experience integrating D365 with other enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with system performance monitoring and optimizations.
• Experience in Power Platform applications development.
• Advanced English level required for communication with US clients.
