Sr. Bloomreach Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bloomreach Consultant to lead the implementation, optimization, and integration of Bloomreach’s digital experience and commerce solutions.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Bloomreach Experience (brX).
• Optimize digital experiences using Bloomreach’s AI-driven capabilities.
• Configure and integrate Bloomreach with third-party systems.
• Advise clients on best practices for leveraging Bloomreach’s engagement features.
• Analyze customer data and system performance.
• Work closely with marketing, IT, and product teams.
• Provide training and documentation to internal teams and clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital experience or e-commerce platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Bloomreach (brX, Discovery, Engagement).
• Strong expertise in e-commerce and personalization strategies.
• Experience with SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud).
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, APIs, and cloud-based architectures is a plus.
• Experience with Google Analytics and A/B testing tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience working with enterprise clients in retail or digital marketing.
