Overview

UNIFY Dots is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to conduct technical analysis, configuration, and support for D365 applications.

In Short

• Conduct technical analysis of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Services, Field Service, and Marketing.
• Perform technical configuration of D365 including workflow and security roles.
• Review and write technical design documents for customizations and integrations.
• Develop code for modifications and customizations in D365.
• Lead integration between D365 and other systems.
• Conduct Build Verification Testing (BVT) for releases.
• Provide technical support for D365 and associated technologies.
• Write D365 technical blog articles.
• Lead training on technical areas of D365.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience.
• Knowledge of D365 apps/modules and Power Platform Fundamentals.
• Hands-on CRM implementation experience with D365 apps.
• Experience in configuration and customization using C#, .Net, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience in developing Power Automates.
• Good analytical skills and communication skills.
• Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM Customization.
• Experience in customizing power pages is a plus.
