Accountant - Remote

Overview

UNIFY Dots is a global technology and software solutions company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365-based solutions and Web App and Mobile application development. We are seeking an Accountant. This is a full-time position and remote work.

In Short

• Maintain complete and clean records of all projects in Xero.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on budget estimates and revenue recognition.
• Monitor project status and update Backlog Report timely.
• Review and monitor resources’ project timesheets.
• Execute month-end closing tasks according to the timeline.
• Prepare customer invoices in accordance with client contracts.
• Monitor Customers’ Aging Reports and ensure account balance correctness.
• Liaise with customers on billing and collection matters.
• Conduct monthly reconciliation and variance analysis of accounts.
• Address other project finance reporting requirements as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• At least 3 years of experience in general accounting.
• Good communication skills.
• Technical and analytical skills.
