Overview

The Accountant will play a central role in maintaining financial data, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting financial processes at Lingoda, a company focused on empowering individuals through language education.

• Full-time remote position based in Germany.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Several years of experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., DATEV).
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken.
