Project Manager - HHS OIG Case Management - Remote

Overview

The ISN HHS OIG Case Management - Project Manager will lead the effort to replace the current OIG case-management system/environment with a Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) System that will technically modernize and reengineer OIG’s complaint and investigative management processes.

• Lead the implementation of a new case management tool for HHS OIG.
• Manage contract/vendor deliverables and project schedules.
• Ensure the project meets industry performance standards.
• Collaborate with a team to enhance user experience.
• Utilize best practices in case management functions.
• Experience in Health and Human Services programs preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment screening and government suitability investigation.
• Work in a drug-free workplace environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing vendor projects in a State Government system.
• Ability to excel in a team setting.
• Prior consulting experience in public sector preferred.
• Experience with Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, Child Welfare, etc. is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Technical background preferred.
• Must be approved by customer for performance on contract.
