Head Start Monitoring Project Coordinator - Remote

Overview

ISN Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support a Head Start Contract, ensuring program objectives and deliverables are met.

In Short

• Support the Project Manager in planning and executing project activities.
• Supervise implementation projects in early childhood education or healthcare.
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring program work and processes.
• Prepare and maintain tracking tools for timely completion of deliverables.
• Document project work plans, meetings, and progress reports.
• Prepare Monthly Status Reports and other required reports.
• Maintain Head Start document management sites.
• Deliver status reports as required by the program.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of experience in client services projects.
• 3+ years in program/organizational management or fiscal operations.
• Experience in managing complex, multi-faceted projects.
• Ability to aggregate and present data from multiple sources.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and project management tools.
• Masters in early childhood education preferred.
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years related experience or equivalent.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Change management experience highly desirable.
