Overview

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) will serve as a key strategic partner for customers, ensuring they maximize the value of Island's Enterprise Browser through expert guidance and relationship building.

In Short

  • Serve as the technical point of contact for a portfolio of customers.
  • Proactively manage support cases and feature requests.
  • Train customer teams on deploying and managing Island.
  • Tailor configuration guidance to customer environments.
  • Inform customers of upcoming releases and new features.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical account management or related roles.
  • Strong technical foundation in enterprise IT products.
  • Experience with customer escalations and support tickets.
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred.
