Legal Engineer (Implementation Consultant) - Remote

• Lead 5-15 customer implementations simultaneously.
• Advise customers on managing contracts throughout the contracting lifecycle.
• Leverage product expertise to build customers’ contracting processes.
• Lead challenging conversations with customers regarding expectations.
• Share product feedback with the Product team.
• Stay up-to-date on product releases.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes.
• Respond to high-profile customer escalations effectively.

Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B SaaS professional service and/or consulting experience.
• Passion for learning new technologies.
• Ability to establish meaningful relationships with customers.
• Navigate complex organizational structures of customers.
• Familiarity with CLM and legal ops business processes.
• Experience in adapting quickly to a growing organization.
