In Short

• Review buy-side contracts for accurate accounting treatment
• Manage fixed asset ledger
• Collaborate with marketing teams on spend forecasts
• Drive month-end accounting close process
• Partner with Procurement for purchase requisitions
• Support supplier onboarding and issue resolutions
• Prepare monthly financial close packages
• Serve as contact for external auditors
• Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in accounting required
• CPA preferred
• Public accounting experience preferred
• Experience in driving automation and process improvements
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in SaaS
• In-depth knowledge of ASC 842 and lease accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
