Senior Product Manager, Backend Platform & Infrastructure - Remote

Overview

iRhythm is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Backend Platform & Infrastructure for the Zio software platform. In this role, you will be the strategic business leader owning the roadmap and direction of our platform agile team focusing on system integrations, backend architecture, and device intake software.

In Short

• Define strategy and roadmap for platform software components.
• Lead platform agile team in day-to-day execution of the roadmap.
• Collect stakeholder feedback to support business scalability.
• Work with engineering and QA to deliver high-quality features.
• Collaborate with software product managers on feature dependencies.
• Analyze and communicate analytics data and KPIs.
• Ensure organizational readiness for product updates.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.

Requirements

• At least 7 years product management and/or engineering experience.
• Previous experience in a software technical role.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of product management best practices.
• Expertise with system architecture and AWS Infrastructure.
• Experience with driving analytics and business intelligence.
• Experience working in a scrum team.
• Strong system analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Effective presentation and interpersonal skills.
• BA/BS in science or technical field; advanced degree or MBA desired.
