Senior eQMS Quality Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Sr. eQMS Quality Specialist at iRhythm will ensure Quality System compliance and drive process improvements, playing a critical role in enhancing product quality and patient experience.

• Responsible for Quality System compliance and process improvements.
• Collaborate with eQMS Software partners and internal teams.
• Implement upgrades and ensure proper operation of the eQMS system.
• Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Support system integration testing and validate product configurations.
• Proactively identify system and process improvements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality or Regulatory roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Positive team member motivated to support quality systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Quality or Regulatory roles.
• 3+ years of experience in Change Control or Software Validation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and timeliness are critical.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
• Conduct audits for compliance with regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
