Operations Accounting Manager (Asset Solutions) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a qualified accountant with an interest in funds to join our Asset Owner Solutions team in either London or Belfast.

In Short

• Provide subject matter expertise in technical accounting areas during the onboarding of AOS clients.
• Contribute to BAU reporting deliverables and efficiency projects.
• Support AOS technology activity including Tableau and data management.
• Ensure operational resilience exists within AOS.
• Identify ways to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Engage with project managers and clients in requirements gathering.
• Experience in delivering large scale projects.
• Work with cross functional teams including data engineers and product managers.
• Strong excel skills including management of complex data sets.
• Experience with accounting systems and business intelligence applications.

Requirements

• University Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Maths.
• CPA or CIMA/ACCA qualified.
• Previous financial services experience with focus on fund administration.
• Experience in the development of standardized and customized reports.
• Funds/Hedge Fund industry experience is desirable.
• Experience with reporting of financial performance metrics.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience with accounting systems such as FIS Investran.
• Business Intelligence applications experience.
