Head of Builder Relations - Remote

Overview

As the Head of Builder Relations, you will lead the developer experience team (headcount: 5) and drive IOTA’s builder enablement strategy. Your primary mission is to empower developers by ensuring they have the right tools, resources, and support to successfully build applications in the IOTA ecosystem.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing a small team.
• Strong background in developer education.
• Experience managing development platforms.
• Understanding of smart contract development.
• Technical background in JavaScript/TypeScript, Solidity or Move.
• Experience in community engagement and developer relations.
• Exceptional communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel for events.
