Overview

Iodine Software is seeking an Instructional Designer to join the team, focusing on creating impactful training and certification programs for external customers and partners.

In Short

• Collaborate with internal teams to determine educational content needs.
• Design content outlines, courses, and assessments.
• Focus on customer experience and apply adult learning best practices.
• Work with go-to-market teams to capture new functionality for education.
• Maintain knowledge of customer personas and industry use cases.
• Assess and interpret technical documents for instructional material development.
• Develop engaging eLearning lessons and blended learning solutions.
• Implement learning delivery ecosystems including LMS and digital platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a corporate training environment.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design.
• Ability to create engaging eLearning and hands-on exercises.
• Experience with product certification exams is a plus.
• Track record of increasing product adoption and customer outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with content authoring tools and learning technology platforms.
