Instructional Designer - Remote

Overview

The Instructional Designer supports the development of high-quality training solutions for internal employees. This role collaborates with various internal departments, business leaders, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design and implement engaging learning programs that align with organizational goals. The Instructional Designer plays a key part in driving employee performance, skill development, and knowledge transfer across the Enterprise.

• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to assess learning and development needs.
• Designs and develops engaging self-paced eLearning modules and instructor-led training.
• Applies instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Works with internal SMEs to ensure training content is current and relevant.
• Evaluates and updates existing training materials.
• Conducts needs assessments to identify skill gaps and performance issues.
• Leverages the Learning Management System (LMS) for effective delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in instructional design.
• Proven track record developing training materials and eLearning solutions.
• Expertise in instructional design methodologies and Learning Management Systems.
• Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and other eLearning standards.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies preferred.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
