Instructional Designer - Remote

Overview

Mevotech is seeking an Instructional Designer to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs that support organizational goals and enhance employee skills.

In Short

• Design and implement training materials including eLearning modules and instructor-led courses.
• Collaborate with department leaders to assess learning needs.
• Write clear and engaging content for training programs.
• Leverage SharePoint and other digital tools for training content delivery.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and metrics.
• Organize and facilitate interactive training programs.
• Work with SMEs and HR to ensure training content meets industry standards.
• Apply adult learning principles to create learner-centered experiences.
• Stay updated with trends in instructional design and training technologies.
• Provide guidance to HR on training and curriculum design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or related field.
• Experience in designing corporate training programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with instructional design models and eLearning best practices.
• Analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Experience with virtual and blended learning environments.
• Certification in instructional design is a plus.
