In Short

  • Manage and expand a book of business with health systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to renew and expand offerings.
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-suite members.
  • Develop referenceable clients and case studies.
  • Negotiate and execute complex renewal contracts.
  • Develop strategic plans for each account.
  • Introduce new products to key accounts.
  • Handle customer issues using internal resources.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts for renewal opportunities.
  • Communicate complex concepts to high-level executives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Account Executive or similar role.
  • 10 years of experience in healthcare technology.
  • Domain knowledge of healthcare delivery.
  • Strong track record of upsells and cross-sells.
  • Ability to navigate complex health systems.
  • Previous SaaS sales experience required.
  • Strong client renewal management skills.
  • Ability to interpret client strategy and assess risks.
  • Experience in fast-paced company environments.
