Overview

The Divisional Quality Systems Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining the quality system within their respective divisions, ensuring effective communication and continuous improvement in quality management.

In Short

• Manage and support the Quality management system at INX.
• Coordinate services provided by Quality Systems.
• Ensure alignment of branch decisions with organizational goals.
• Facilitate communication and development across divisions.
• Conduct training on key quality concepts.
• Perform periodic Quality Audits at branches.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Travel as required for on-site activities.
• Assist in developing measurement systems for quality.
• Work with teams to identify root causes and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to multitask and manage projects effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for business needs.
